In 2012, Ian and Stuart joined forces to establish SHARED Creative. Their paths crossed in Aylesbury: Ian, a seasoned freelancer, was then contributing to a specialist independent design agency, while Stuart, a keen innovator with a background in web development, sought to deepen his involvement in design. This chance meeting sparked a partnership built on complementary skills and a shared passion for impactful creative work.

Ian brings over 20 years of robust design experience, having worked extensively with corporate, public sector, and not-for-profit clients. At SHARED Creative, he is the driving force behind transforming client briefs into impactful visual solutions, overseeing the entire design lifecycle. Ian's expertise spans a wide variety of online and offline projects, consistently translating ideas into diverse and effective design materials.

His career began in 2000 at United Designers, culminating in a Senior Creative position at Hey Moscow before launching his freelance career in 2011. It was during this period, through successful collaborations on web projects with Stuart, that SHARED Creative was conceived.

Stuart's extensive career has predominantly focused on Web Design, IT Support, and Project Management & Leadership, forming the robust technical backbone of SHARED Creative. His primary role involves transforming Ian's innovative design concepts into fully functional, high-performance websites. Stuart also oversees the day-to-day operations of the business.

Beginning his professional journey as a Junior Support Engineer in IT, Stuart rapidly advanced to manage the Technical Support Team at Kewill E-commerce. He then transitioned into Project Management at Canon, where he was responsible for leading projects within their Voice & Data division. Prior to co-founding SHARED Creative with Ian in 2012, Stuart headed the Operations Team for a prominent software company in Buckinghamshire.
