Importance of a website?

A business website remains the cornerstone of a robust online presence due to its unparalleled control and professionalism. A website acts as a business’s owned digital space, allowing for complete customisation of branding, content, and user experience. This level of control is crucial for establishing credibility and presenting detailed information about products, services, and company values without the limitations or ever-changing policies of third-party platforms.

Our website design services:

Bespoke website design and planning – created just for your audience, designed around your services and products.

With all our projects we produce a design visual to give you an idea of what your website will look like before we start the actual build process.

All our websites are built using WordPress, giving you a very easy and manageable way of updating your website, be it text, images or adding new pages – training included as standard on all projects. Or leave it to us, if updating websites are not your thing, then we can do any updates for you.

  • Initial Phone/Video call to understanding your requirements

  • Follow-up face-to-face meeting (if needed)
  • Proposal document confirming the project brief along with costs and timescales
  • Design visual to show how the website could look for you to sign off

  • Website Build – we’ll start building your site on a test domain based on the signed off design visual

  • If required, additional pages will get designed and signed off
  • Regular updates via our Project Management System, inc. links to view the in-progress site build
  • Training and Go-Live

Website Design & Build Process

  • Stage 1

Understanding your needs

We’ll arrange an initial phone/video call to discuss your requirements. We may then want to arrange a further face-to-face meeting if needed. Following on from this we’ll produce a proposal document outlining the project along with costs and timescales.

  • Stage 2

Website Visual

Before we start the website build, we produce a design visual (essentially an artist impression of how the website could look) for you to sign off. This is usually the home page (and for larger sites, a key services page). This ensures we have understood the design brief and given you the opportunity to amend and comment of the design before the build starts

  • Stage 3

Website Build

Once you’re happy with the website visual, we’ll start to build the actual website. This build will take place using a test website address, so we can give you visual updates during the project. You’ll then see the designed visual as an interactive web page. We’ll continue this process for the remaining pages, reviewing with you as the pages are built.

  • Stage 4

Website Review

With the majority of the site build now complete, we’ll ask the you to review the site, so we can finalise a snagging list of amendments before the next step.

  • Stage 5

Training & Go Live

Finally, we’ll agree a training and go-live plan
